These terms apply when you use the CareerCanopy app or careercanopy.ai. CareerCanopy is operated by TrueSolve LLC. We will replace this with the full legal terms ahead of public launch.

What CareerCanopy is

CareerCanopy is an AI career companion. It provides career planning and emotional support, but it is not a substitute for professional advice from a therapist, career counselor, financial advisor, or attorney.

Purchase

CareerCanopy is sold as a one-time purchase via the App Store and Google Play. Refund policy: all sales are final except where required by law. Refund requests for the App Store and Google Play are handled by those platforms.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the AI prompts or model.
• Do not use the service to harass another person.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful or that you do not have rights to share.

Crisis disclaimer

CareerCanopy provides emotional support but is not a mental health service and does not provide therapy or counseling. If you are in crisis, please call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueSolve LLC's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute will be handled in the state of TrueSolve LLC's incorporation.
